BPB update…
After 10 labor-intensive weeks, I submitted my book proposal on Monday. The book proposal bootcamp (BPB) was both incredibly stressful and rewarding. Tim and the kids offered me lots of grace. GCS finally let Henry go to school in January!! Friends prayed, read drafts, and offered edits.
God surrounded me with women and men in the BPB, He used to chisel me. They challenged me spiritually and intellectually.
All were driven to pursue God and share their own rescue stories with the world. Sometimes it’s easy to forget just how powerful our stories are. We are tempted to believe God can’t or won’t use our stories. But God used this group to remind me how important each story is. Each story is God’s rescue story. His unique way of saving us all from ourselves.
God also reminded me, we find Him most in the journey. So in that regard, I’m going to miss the BPB. I’m going to miss these tiny, new revelations of our Father that each journey yields.
I am not sure what will be the next step for me. But for now, I’m going to take a little of my own advice. I am going to rest in my yes.
XOXO

You’re the best Maggie!! I bet you were a cheerleader back in the day. ?☺️?
Good girl, resting after a tough journey of spiritual growth, that’s why our wise Creator created that day of rest. Rejuvenate before the next call from Him.
I love this!! Thank you Jan. ??
